All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

• You must pay all outstanding fees and charges

Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.

Force Majeure

WaxWindspe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and resume normal operations as soon as possible.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute through informal means, we may agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI).

For EU consumers, you may also submit complaints through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and WaxWindspe regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

Changes to Terms
